3. **Cancellation:** Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made after the specified time frame or after the order has been prepared, we may not be able to process a full refund.
4. **Refund Process:** Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise requested. Please allow 5-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
